Easy Kid’s Craft: Autumn Wreath

My daughter made something similar to this for summer, but it was very easy to change it to a fall project.

You’ll need some fall colored artificial leaves, a paper plate (use a stiff plate or you can also use cardboard) and some gold ribbon.

Cut the center out of a paper plate to make a wreath shape.
Punch a hole in the center to tie the ribbon through.
Glue the leaves onto your wreath shape. Cover the paper wreath completely.
Put the ribbon through the hole and tie into a bow for hanging.
If you have any small, fall colored artificial flowers, you can glue a few of those for details.

  1. Another great wreath craft that my daughter and I hope to do is to use some of the evergreen boughs that blew into our backyard in the last wind storm we had and to attach them to a wire coat hanger that we bent into a circle shape and then add a ribbon and some pine cones – the great thing about this is that you already have a hook attached!
