    1. Pack a simple lunch of sandwiches, pasta salads and soup in a big thermos.
    2. Bring two comfy blankets and a few small pillows.
    3. Take along a frisbee, some music, writing paper and a few pencils.
    4. Find a nice spot under a tree, maybe with some sunny spots nearby.
    5. Play some frisbee before lunch and work up a good appetite.
    6. Enjoy some music with your lunch.
    7. While you relax after your meal, use the paper and pencils for simple games like tic tac toe or dots.
